A free in-person seminar for expats. The full numbers on three cities — and what I'd do with my own money in 2026.

Robin explains what we'll cover — in 30 seconds:
Not because Prague is a bad city. It's a great city. But as an investment, Prague has the lowest rental yield in the country — and the highest entry price.
The flat I bought in Ostrava in 2023 cost me 1.4 million CZK. I spent 600,000 on renovation. Today it's valued at over 3 million. The same flat in Prague would have cost me 7 million before I touched it.
That's the conversation nobody has with you. Agents sell you what they have. Banks finance what you bring them. Nobody sits down and asks the only question that matters: what are you actually trying to achieve with this money?
On October 29 we're going to have that conversation. In person, with the actual numbers on screen.
No theory. No vague advice. Here's the agenda:
Prague, Kladno, Ostrava — purchase prices, rental yields, price growth over the last three years, and what the data says about where each one is heading. Real transactions, not asking prices.
Rates have moved. When I ran my last seminar the best rate was 5.09%. Today it's 5.49%. I'll show you what that does to the math on an investment property, which banks still work for foreigners, and how much you actually need to put down.
25 minutes from Prague. A fraction of the price. We're launching our investment service there, and I'll walk through exactly why.
I've bought 30 properties there for myself and for clients. Including the ones that didn't go to plan. Those are usually the more useful stories.
Signing a reservation contract before the bank valuation. Skipping the lawyer. Buying a "new build" that's seventeen years old. I've watched all of these happen.
Usually the best part of the evening. Bring your situation and we'll go through it.

Metro Florenc (B, C), about 6 minutes on foot. Come a little early — we start at 18:00 sharp.
We'll send you a confirmation straight away, plus a copy of our Buyer's Guide in case you don't have one yet.
Seats are limited to 70. If we fill up, we'll let you know and put you first in line for the next one.
QIs it really free?
Yes. No ticket, no deposit, no catch. We run these events because the alternative is watching people make expensive mistakes we could have prevented in an hour.
QWill there be a recording?
No. This one is in person only. You'll get the full presentation as a PDF afterwards, but the conversation in the room stays in the room — and that's usually where the most useful stuff happens.
QI'm not sure I can make it. Should I register anyway?
Please only register if you genuinely plan to come. The room is limited and every no-show is a seat someone else wanted. If your plans change, just reply to any of our emails and let us know.
QDo I need to know anything about property beforehand?
No. We'll explain everything in plain English. If you've never bought anything here, you'll follow along fine.
QCan I bring someone?
Yes, but please register them separately so we have the right headcount.
Prague prices are up. Rates are up. The easy window has closed, and the next twelve months will reward people who actually know what they're doing.
Come and find out what that looks like.
